This page gives you full control over the booking workflow, allowing you to move orders between stages, merge orders, and monitor payment statuses.<\/p><p>Below is a detailed explanation of every part of the interface.<\/p><ol><li><strong> Order Status Tabs<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>At the top of the page, you will see several tabs. These represent the different stages of an order\u2019s lifecycle.<\/p><p><strong>New Orders<\/strong><\/p><p>Orders that have just been placed and have not yet been processed.<\/p><p><strong>Invoiced<\/strong><\/p><p>Orders where an invoice has been generated and is awaiting payment or approval.<\/p><p><strong>Quoted<\/strong><\/p><p>Orders where the customer has requested a quote or where you have sent a quote but the order is not confirmed yet.<\/p><p><strong>Sent to Warehouse<\/strong><\/p><p>Orders that have been passed to the warehouse\/preparation stage (e.g., being readied, cleaned, prepared for dispatch).<\/p><p><strong>Completed<\/strong><\/p><p>Orders that have been fully completed, delivered, returned, or finished.<\/p><p><strong>Bin<\/strong><\/p><p>Orders that have been cancelled, archived, or removed from active workflow.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong> Order Sorting<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>You can sort orders to display them in a preferred order:<\/p><p><strong>Newer to Older<\/strong><\/p><p>Shows the most recent orders at the top.<\/p><p><strong>Older to Newer<\/strong><\/p><p>Shows the oldest orders first.<\/p><p>This helps you quickly find recent activity or work through orders chronologically.<\/p><ol start=\"3\"><li><strong> Date Filters (Start &amp; End Date)<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>You can filter orders by a specific date range.<\/p><p><strong>Start Date<\/strong><\/p><p>Choose the earliest booking\/order date you want to view.<\/p><p><strong>End Date<\/strong><\/p><p>Choose the latest booking\/order date you want to view.<\/p><p>After selecting dates, click:<\/p><p><strong>Go<\/strong><\/p><p>Applies the date filter and updates the order list.<\/p><p><strong>Clear<\/strong><\/p><p>Removes filters and shows all orders again.<\/p><ol start=\"4\"><li><strong> Payment Filters<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>You can filter orders based on their payment status:<\/p><p><strong>Show Paid<\/strong><\/p><p>Displays only orders that have been fully paid.<\/p><p><strong>Show Unpaid<\/strong><\/p><p>Displays orders with no payment received.<\/p><p><strong>Show Partial Paid<\/strong><\/p><p>Shows orders where only part of the invoice has been paid.<\/p><p>This is helpful for:<\/p><ul><li>tracking overdue payments<\/li><li>managing deposits<\/li><li>reviewing outstanding balances<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"5\"><li><strong> Search Orders<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Use the search bar to find specific orders instantly.<\/p><p>You can search by:<\/p><ul><li>Customer name<\/li><li>Order number<\/li><li>Email<\/li><li>Phone number<\/li><li>Reference<\/li><li>Product name<\/li><\/ul><p>Click the <strong>\ud83d\udd0d<\/strong><strong> search icon<\/strong> to apply the search.<\/p><ol start=\"6\"><li><strong> Merge Orders<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>This feature allows you to combine multiple orders from the same customer into a single order.<\/p><p>Useful when:<\/p><ul><li>A customer places separate bookings for multiple items<\/li><li>You want to generate one invoice instead of several<\/li><li>You wish to manage everything under one booking reference<\/li><\/ul><p>Click <strong>Merge Orders<\/strong> to begin combining orders (only works when orders exist).<\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li><strong> Collapse<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>This button hides or collapses certain sections of the interface to give you more space.<\/p><p>Helpful when managing large order lists.<\/p><ol start=\"8\"><li><strong> Order List<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>The main body of the page displays all orders based on the filters and tabs you\u2019ve selected.<\/p><p>If no orders match your filters or no orders exist, you will see:<\/p><p><strong>\u201cNo orders found\u2026\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p>Once orders appear, the list will show:<\/p><ul><li>Order ID<\/li><li>Customer name<\/li><li>Booking date<\/li><li>Payment status<\/li><li>Order value<\/li><li>Action buttons (view, edit, move to next stage, etc.)<\/li><\/ul><ol start=\"9\"><li><strong> Processing Workflow Example<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>To understand how the Manage Orders page fits into your workflow:<\/p><p><strong>A typical order progress might look like:<\/strong><\/p><ol><li><strong>New Orders<\/strong> \u2192 customer places an order<\/li><li><strong>Invoiced<\/strong> \u2192 invoice generated<\/li><li><strong>Quoted<\/strong> \u2192 awaiting acceptance (optional)<\/li><li><strong>Sent to Warehouse<\/strong> \u2192 preparing for delivery or pick-up<\/li><li><strong>Completed<\/strong> \u2192 fully delivered or returned<\/li><\/ol><p>You can move orders manually by opening them and selecting the next stage.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Manage Orders page is where you can view, filter, search, organise and update all customer orders.
