leads.<\/p><p>Below is a full explanation of each feature.<\/p><ol><li><strong> Sort<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>The <strong>Sort<\/strong> dropdown allows you to choose the order in which leads are displayed.<\/p><p>Options typically include:<\/p><ul><li><strong>Newer<\/strong> \u2013 shows the most recent leads at the top<\/li><li><strong>Older<\/strong> \u2013 shows the earliest leads first<\/li><\/ul><p>Sorting helps you work through leads in the order that suits your workflow.<\/p><ol start=\"2\"><li><strong> Start Date \/ End Date Filters<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>Use these fields to filter leads by the date they were created or submitted.<\/p><p><strong>Start Date<\/strong><\/p><p>The earliest lead entry to include in the results.<\/p><p><strong>End Date<\/strong><\/p><p>The latest lead entry to include in the results.<\/p><p>After selecting your dates, click the <strong>Filter<\/strong> button to update the list.<\/p><p><strong>Example<\/strong><\/p><p>Start Date: Tabs<\/strong> option allows you to create, rename, or delete lead categories.<\/p><p>You may use tabs for things such as:<\/p><ul><li>General Enquiries<\/li><li>High Priority<\/li><li>Awaiting Callback<\/li><li>Price Requests<\/li><li>Repeat Customers<\/li><\/ul><p>This allows your team to organise and track potential sales in a structured way.<\/p><ol start=\"7\"><li><strong> Lead List Area<\/strong><\/li><\/ol><p>This is where leads will appear after filtering and sorting.<\/p><p>If no leads match your filters, you will see:<\/p><p><strong>\u201cNo records found\u2026\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p>When leads exist, the list will typically display:<\/p><ul><li>Lead name<\/li><li>Contact details<\/li><li>Submission date<\/li><li>Additional notes or
