The Waitlist<\/strong> page displays all customers who have joined the waiting list for products that are currently unavailable or out of stock.
This feature helps you capture potential sales even when an item cannot be booked or purchased immediately.<\/p>

It allows you to monitor interest and follow up manually when stock becomes available.<\/p>

  1. What Is the Waitlist?<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    A waitlist entry is created when a customer:<\/p>

    • Attempts to book an out-of-stock product<\/li>
    • Clicks a \u201cJoin Waitlist\u201d or \u201cNotify Me\u201d button<\/li>
    • Submits their details when an item is unavailable<\/li><\/ul>

      The system collects:<\/p>

      • Customer name<\/li>
      • Customer email<\/li>
      • The product they’re waiting for<\/li>
      • Any message they submit<\/li><\/ul>

        This helps you understand demand and respond accordingly.<\/p>

        1. Waitlist Table Overview<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

          The table displays the following information:<\/p>

          Name<\/strong><\/p>

          The customer\u2019s name.<\/p>

          Email<\/strong><\/p>

          The email address used for notification or follow-up.<\/p>

          Product<\/strong><\/p>

          The product that the customer wants to book or purchase.<\/p>

          Message<\/strong><\/p>

          Any notes the customer added, such as preferred dates or specific requirements.<\/p>

          Action<\/strong><\/p>

          Options to:<\/p>

          • View the full submission<\/li>
          • Contact the customer<\/li>
          • Delete the waitlist item<\/li><\/ul>

            If no entries exist, you will see:
            \u201cNo records found\u2026\u201d<\/strong><\/p>

                A customer is added to the waitlist when:<\/p>

                • A product has no available stock<\/li>
                • The \u201cWaitlist Queries\u201d option is enabled in your store settings<\/li>
                • The booking or purchase button is replaced with a waitlist form<\/li><\/ul>

                    The waitlist updates automatically whenever customers add themselves.
