This section allows you to customise the layout, wording, and details shown on every invoice your system generates.<\/p>

What You Can Edit<\/strong><\/p>

Header Information<\/strong><\/p>

  • Business name<\/li>
  • Contact details<\/li>
  • Additional notes such as company number, VAT details, or disclaimers<\/li>
  • Logo (added in your main settings)<\/li><\/ul>

    Billing Details<\/strong><\/p>

    • Customer name<\/li>
    • Address<\/li>
    • Email
      (Automatically filled in from the order\/customer profile)<\/li><\/ul>

      Invoice Details<\/strong><\/p>

      • Invoice number<\/li>
      • Issue date<\/li>
      • Due date<\/li>
      • Amount due<\/li>
      • \u201cPay Online\u201d link (if enabled)<\/li><\/ul>

        Item Details Section<\/strong><\/p>

        The grey block represents the itemised table showing:<\/p>

        • Items\/services booked<\/li>
        • Duration<\/li>
        • Quantity<\/li>
        • Pricing<\/li>
        • Total amount
          (This is auto-generated on actual invoices.)<\/li><\/ul>

          Footer Notes<\/strong><\/p>

          You can insert:<\/p>

          • Terms and conditions<\/li>
          • Bank\/payment details<\/li>
          • VAT number<\/li>
          • Any extra business information<\/li><\/ul>

            What This Page Is For<\/strong><\/p>

            This page is only for designing the invoice template<\/strong>.
            It does not<\/em> show real invoice data\u2014just placeholders so you can style or edit your document.<\/p>

            Any changes you make here will apply to all future invoices<\/strong>.<\/p>

            Package Slips<\/strong><\/p>

            The Package Slip section allows you to upload your own delivery or packing slip template in .docx format<\/strong>.<\/p>

            This template is used when generating packing slips for orders that require physical items to be shipped or collected.<\/p>

            How It Works<\/strong><\/p>

            Your uploaded file must include two placeholder tags<\/strong>:<\/p>

            • [onshow.name]<\/strong> \u2013 this will be replaced with the customer\u2019s name<\/li>
            • [onshow.items]<\/strong> \u2013 this will be replaced with the list of items in the order<\/li><\/ul>

              When the system generates a package slip, these tags are automatically filled with real order details.<\/p>

              Creating Your Template<\/strong><\/p>

              You can:<\/p>

              • Upload your own .docx file, or<\/strong><\/li>
              • Download the provided sample template<\/strong>, edit it in Word, and upload it back into the system.<\/li><\/ul>

                You can customise the layout, add your branding, contact details, notes, or any additional information you want customers to see.<\/p>

                Uploading Your Slip<\/strong><\/p>

                1. Click Choose File<\/strong><\/li>
                2. Select your .docx packing slip template<\/li>
                3. Click Upload<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                  Once uploaded, this document will be used for all future package slips.<\/p>

                  Terms & Conditions<\/strong><\/p>

                  This section allows you to create and manage the Terms & Conditions page for your store.<\/p>

                  Your Terms & Conditions will be shown to customers during the checkout process and can also be viewed at any time through your store\u2019s public link.<\/p>

                  How It Works<\/strong><\/p>

                  • Use the text editor to write or paste your Terms & Conditions content.<\/li>
                  • You can format the text using headings, bold, lists, and links.<\/li>
                  • Once published, your Terms & Conditions page will be updated immediately.<\/li><\/ul>
