  1. Order Processing Options<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    These settings determine how customers can submit orders on your store.<\/p>

    Direct Order<\/strong><\/p>

    Instant order with invoice.<\/strong>
    When enabled, customers can place an order immediately, and the system automatically generates an invoice.<\/p>

    • Ideal for straightforward purchases<\/li>
    • No need for customer questions or approvals<\/li><\/ul>

      Invoicing<\/strong><\/p>

      With later payments.<\/strong>
      When enabled, customers can place an order but pay later once they receive an invoice.<\/p>

      Use this if:<\/p>

      • You offer manual approval<\/li>
      • You accept bank transfer payments<\/li>
      • You allow customers to pay after confirmation<\/li><\/ul>

        Enquiries<\/strong><\/p>

        Quotes and questions.<\/strong>
        This mode lets customers submit enquiries instead of booking directly.<\/p>

        Useful for:<\/p>

        • High-value items requiring manual approval<\/li>
        • Bespoke services<\/li>
        • Custom pricing<\/li><\/ul>

          When ON, customers will see a \u201cSend Enquiry\u201d option instead of immediate payment.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          1. Payment Processing Options<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            These settings control how customers pay at checkout.<\/p>

            Book Now & Pay Later (Cash on Delivery)<\/strong><\/p>

            Allows customers to place a booking without paying upfront.
            Payment is collected:<\/p>

            • At pick-up<\/li>
            • On delivery<\/li>
            • In person<\/li><\/ul>

              Ideal for local services or rentals.<\/p>

              Online Payments via Stripe<\/strong><\/p>

              Allows you to take online card payments through Stripe.<\/p>

              When enabled:<\/p>

              • Customers can pay with debit\/credit cards<\/li>
              • Payments are securely processed by Stripe<\/li>
              • Orders are confirmed instantly<\/li><\/ul>

                You will need to enter your Stripe keys (see below).<\/p>

                Disable Payments (Email Price Quote)<\/strong><\/p>

                When enabled:<\/p>

                • Checkout payments are turned OFF<\/li>
                • Customers receive a price quote instead<\/li>
                • Useful if you want all payments handled manually<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                  \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
                  1. Stripe Integration<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                    To accept online payments, you must connect your Stripe account.<\/p>

                    Stripe Public Key<\/strong><\/p>

                    Enter your Stripe Publishable Key<\/strong>, usually starting with:<\/p>

                    pk_live_…\u00a0\u00a0 or\u00a0\u00a0 pk_test_…<\/p>

                    This key is safe to share on the frontend.<\/p>

                    Stripe Secret Key<\/strong><\/p>

                    Enter your Stripe Secret Key<\/strong>, which starts with:<\/p>

                    sk_live_…\u00a0 or\u00a0 sk_test_…<\/p>

                    Never share this key publicly.<\/strong><\/p>

                    Once both keys are added, Stripe payments will work immediately.<\/p>

                      Tax Rate (%)<\/strong><\/p>

                      Enter your tax percentage (VAT, GST, or local tax).
                      Example:
                      15<\/strong> = 15% tax applied at checkout.<\/p>

                      Invoice Due In (Days)<\/strong><\/p>

                      Number of days customers have to pay their invoice.<\/p>

                      Example:
                      3<\/strong> = Customer must settle invoice within 3 days.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                      1. Payment Breakdown (Optional Instalments)<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                        These settings allow you to divide payments into two parts:<\/p>

                        • Initial payment<\/strong> at checkout<\/li>
                        • Remaining payment<\/strong> later<\/li><\/ul>

                          Initial Payment Slider<\/strong><\/p>

                          Set the percentage customers must pay upfront (0\u2013100%).<\/p>

                          Example:<\/p>

                          • 30% at checkout<\/li>
                          • 70% later<\/li><\/ul>

                            Days for Complete Remaining Payment<\/strong><\/p>

                            How many days customers have before they must pay the rest.<\/p>

                            Example:
                            7<\/strong> = Remaining balance due within 7 days.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                              Choose the currency your store uses.<\/p>

                              • AUD<\/strong><\/li>
                              • NZD<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>

                                  Choose how tax is shown on product prices.<\/p>

                                  The price you enter already includes<\/em> tax.<\/p>

                                  Example:

                                  Tax: Included
                                  Customer sees: \u00a35.00<\/strong><\/p>

                                  Exclude Tax from Product Price<\/strong><\/p>

                                  Tax is calculated and added at checkout.<\/p>

                                  Example:

                                  Tax (10%): \u00a30.50
