This section controls how your store manages bookings, timings, sessions, stock alerts, deposits, and more. Each setting is explained below in detail.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. Warehouse Tabs<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    This field allows you to customise the names of the booking tabs<\/strong> used in your admin dashboard.<\/p>

    These tabs help you organise bookings into different workflow stages.<\/p>

    What this feature does<\/strong><\/p>

    • Lets you rename the status tabs displayed in your bookings area<\/li>
    • Helps you use terms that match your business workflow<\/li>
    • Allows you to add unlimited tabs<\/li><\/ul>

      Examples of tab names<\/strong><\/p>

      You may use any terms you prefer, such as:<\/p>

      • new<\/li>
      • prepared<\/li>
      • completed<\/li>
      • pending<\/li>
      • quote<\/li>
      • out for hire<\/li>
      • bin<\/li>
      • returning<\/li>
      • cleaning<\/li>
      • awaiting payment<\/li><\/ul>

        How to use<\/strong><\/p>

        1. Type the tab names you want.<\/li>
        2. Separate each label with a comma.<\/li>
        3. Save changes and the admin panel will display these tabs exactly as entered.<\/li><\/ol>

          Note<\/strong><\/p>

          This feature is only for admin display<\/strong>. Customers do not see these tabs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          1. Booking Type<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

            Your store can offer bookings based on fixed durations<\/strong> or fixed start times<\/strong>.<\/p>

            Fixed Duration<\/strong><\/p>

            Use this when a booking lasts a specific length of time, such as:<\/p>

            • 6 hours<\/li>
            • 1 day<\/li>
            • 3 days<\/li>
            • 2 hours 30 minutes<\/li><\/ul>

              To add a duration:<\/p>

              1. Enter the number of days, hours, or minutes.<\/li>
              2. Click Add<\/strong>.<\/li>
              3. Repeat for all durations you want to offer.<\/li><\/ol>

                Fixed Timing<\/strong><\/p>

                Use this when bookings can only start at specific times.<\/p>

                Example start times:<\/p>

                • 9:00 AM<\/li>
                • 2:00 PM<\/li>
                • 5:00 PM<\/li><\/ul>

                  To set this up:<\/p>

                  1. Turn Fixed Timing<\/strong> ON.<\/li>
                  2. Enter a start time.<\/li>
                  3. Click Add<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>

                    Customers will only be able to choose from these exact times.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                    1. Pickup Settings<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                      Allow Pickup<\/strong><\/p>

                      Choose whether customers can pick up items themselves.<\/p>

                      • Allowed under certain conditions<\/li><\/ul>

                        Pickup Time<\/strong><\/p>

                        Specify how long before a booking customers may pick up the product.<\/p>

                        Example:
                        5 hours<\/strong> before the booking start time.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                        1. Discounted Sessions<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                          This tool allows you to create discounted or extended booking sessions.<\/p>

                          Example:
                          “Book Saturday, Get Sunday Free”<\/strong><\/p>

                          Fields explained<\/strong><\/p>

                          • Session Name<\/strong>: Name of your discount package<\/li>
                          • Start Mode<\/strong>: How often it repeats (e.g., every week)<\/li>
                          • Session Start<\/strong>: Day the discount begins (e.g., Saturday)<\/li>
                          • Booking Duration<\/strong>: Total time customers get<\/li>
                          • Charge for Duration<\/strong>: The time they are actually charged for<\/li><\/ul>

                            Click Add<\/strong> to save each session.<\/p>

                            This is ideal for weekend offers, long-term hires or promotional bundles.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                            1. Order Limit<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

                              Controls the maximum number of simultaneous bookings allowed.<\/p>

                              Example:
                              If set to 3<\/strong>, only three active bookings can exist at once for a specific product.<\/p>

                              • avoiding overbookings<\/li>
                              • limited inventory<\/li>
