  1. Account Registration

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login details secure
  • Ensuring information provided is accurate and up to date
  • All activity carried out under your account
  1. Subscriptions & Payments
  • Some features require a paid subscription
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Prices may change with reasonable notice
  1. Free Trials (If Applicable)
  • Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
  • Only one free trial per user or business
  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Payments are non-refundable except where required by UK law
  1. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
  • Upload harmful, misleading, or abusive content
  • Attempt unauthorised access to systems
  • Use the platform to send spam or malicious content
  1. Intellectual Property

All software, content, branding, and intellectual property belong to GetBooked. No ownership rights are transferred.

  1. Third-Party Services

We may integrate third-party services (e.g. payment processors). We are not responsible for their services or availability.

  1. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance and downtime may occur.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetBooked is not liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, loss of bookings, or business interruption.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
