The Contacts page allows you to import, view, manage, download, and delete your customer records.
This makes it easy to keep all customer information organised in one place and helps with communication, marketing, repeat bookings, and customer support.
- Import Contacts
This section allows you to upload a list of customers using a CSV file.
Supported Fields
Your CSV must include the following columns in this exact order:
- Name
- Phone
- Shipping Address
- Billing Address
This ensures the platform matches each column to the correct customer field.
Choose File
Click this button to upload your CSV file.
- The file must be .csv format
- Column layout must match the required structure
- Imported customers will appear immediately in the contact list below
Download Sample Format
Click the Download Sample Format link to download a sample CSV file.
This helps you prepare your data correctly by showing the exact layout required.
Use this sample as a template to copy your customer data into.
- Search Contacts
The search bar allows you to instantly find specific customers.
You can search by:
- Name
- Phone number
- Shipping address
- Billing address
This is helpful when managing large customer lists.

Once customers are imported or added, they will appear here.
The table includes:
Name
Customer’s full name.
Their contact email.
Phone
Their phone number.
Shipping Address
Address used for product delivery or correspondence.
Billing Address
Address used for invoices and billing.
Action
Buttons for:
- Viewing further details
- Editing customer information
- Deleting an individual record
If no contacts exist, the table will display empty.
- Download Contacts
Click Download to export all customer records into a CSV file.
Uses include:
- Backup
- External marketing tools
- CRM synchronisation
- Offline analysis
- Delete Selected
You may delete multiple contacts at once by:
- Selecting the checkboxes next to the records you wish to remove
- Clicking Delete Selected
This permanently removes those contacts from your system.
