This section controls how your customers place orders, how they pay, what payment methods are accepted, and how taxes and currencies are handled.
- Order Processing Options
These settings determine how customers can submit orders on your store.
Direct Order
Instant order with invoice.
When enabled, customers can place an order immediately, and the system automatically generates an invoice.
- Ideal for straightforward purchases
- No need for customer questions or approvals
Invoicing
With later payments.
When enabled, customers can place an order but pay later once they receive an invoice.
Use this if:
- You offer manual approval
- You accept bank transfer payments
- You allow customers to pay after confirmation
Enquiries
Quotes and questions.
This mode lets customers submit enquiries instead of booking directly.
Useful for:
- High-value items requiring manual approval
- Bespoke services
- Custom pricing
When ON, customers will see a “Send Enquiry” option instead of immediate payment.
- Payment Processing Options
These settings control how customers pay at checkout.
Book Now & Pay Later (Cash on Delivery)
Allows customers to place a booking without paying upfront.
Payment is collected:
- At pick-up
- On delivery
- In person
Ideal for local services or rentals.
Online Payments via Stripe
Allows you to take online card payments through Stripe.
When enabled:
- Customers can pay with debit/credit cards
- Payments are securely processed by Stripe
- Orders are confirmed instantly
You will need to enter your Stripe keys (see below).
Disable Payments (Email Price Quote)
When enabled:
- Checkout payments are turned OFF
- Customers receive a price quote instead
- Useful if you want all payments handled manually
- Stripe Integration
To accept online payments, you must connect your Stripe account.
Stripe Public Key
Enter your Stripe Publishable Key, usually starting with:
pk_live_… or pk_test_…
This key is safe to share on the frontend.
Stripe Secret Key
Enter your Stripe Secret Key, which starts with:
sk_live_… or sk_test_…
Never share this key publicly.
Once both keys are added, Stripe payments will work immediately.
👉 Note: Make sure you have enabled the payment methods you want inside your Stripe dashboard.
- Tax Settings
Tax Rate (%)
Enter your tax percentage (VAT, GST, or local tax).
Example:
15 = 15% tax applied at checkout.
Invoice Due In (Days)
Number of days customers have to pay their invoice.
Example:
3 = Customer must settle invoice within 3 days.
- Payment Breakdown (Optional Instalments)
These settings allow you to divide payments into two parts:
- Initial payment at checkout
- Remaining payment later
Initial Payment Slider
Set the percentage customers must pay upfront (0–100%).
Example:
- 30% at checkout
- 70% later
Days for Complete Remaining Payment
How many days customers have before they must pay the rest.
Example:
7 = Remaining balance due within 7 days.
- Currency Settings
Choose the currency your store uses.
Available currencies include:
- GBP
- EUR
- USD
- AUD
- NZD
To request a new currency, click Request new currency.
- Tax Visibility Options
Choose how tax is shown on product prices.
Include Tax in Product Price
The price you enter already includes tax.
Example:
Product Price: £5.00
Tax: Included
Customer sees: £5.00
Exclude Tax from Product Price
Tax is calculated and added at checkout.
Example:
Product Price: £5.00
Tax (10%): £0.50
Customer sees: £5.50
