This section controls how your store manages bookings, timings, sessions, stock alerts, deposits, and more. Each setting is explained below in detail.
- Warehouse Tabs
This field allows you to customise the names of the booking tabs used in your admin dashboard.
These tabs help you organise bookings into different workflow stages.
What this feature does
- Lets you rename the status tabs displayed in your bookings area
- Helps you use terms that match your business workflow
- Allows you to add unlimited tabs
Examples of tab names
You may use any terms you prefer, such as:
- new
- prepared
- completed
- pending
- quote
- out for hire
- bin
- returning
- cleaning
- awaiting payment
How to use
- Type the tab names you want.
- Separate each label with a comma.
- Save changes and the admin panel will display these tabs exactly as entered.
Note
This feature is only for admin display. Customers do not see these tabs.
- Booking Type
Your store can offer bookings based on fixed durations or fixed start times.
Fixed Duration
Use this when a booking lasts a specific length of time, such as:
- 6 hours
- 1 day
- 3 days
- 2 hours 30 minutes
To add a duration:
- Enter the number of days, hours, or minutes.
- Click Add.
- Repeat for all durations you want to offer.
Fixed Timing
Use this when bookings can only start at specific times.
Example start times:
- 9:00 AM
- 2:00 PM
- 5:00 PM
To set this up:
- Turn Fixed Timing ON.
- Enter a start time.
- Click Add.
Customers will only be able to choose from these exact times.
- Pickup Settings
Allow Pickup
Choose whether customers can pick up items themselves.
Options may include:
- Not Allowed
- Allowed
- Allowed under certain conditions
Pickup Time
Specify how long before a booking customers may pick up the product.
Example:
5 hours before the booking start time.
- Discounted Sessions
This tool allows you to create discounted or extended booking sessions.
Example:
“Book Saturday, Get Sunday Free”
Fields explained
- Session Name: Name of your discount package
- Start Mode: How often it repeats (e.g., every week)
- Session Start: Day the discount begins (e.g., Saturday)
- Booking Duration: Total time customers get
- Charge for Duration: The time they are actually charged for
Click Add to save each session.
This is ideal for weekend offers, long-term hires or promotional bundles.
- Order Limit
Controls the maximum number of simultaneous bookings allowed.
Example:
If set to 3, only three active bookings can exist at once for a specific product.
Useful for:
- avoiding overbookings
- limited inventory
- rentals with small stock quantities
- Low Stock Alert
Enter a number to receive alerts when stock drops below that amount.
Example:
10 → You will be notified once available stock reaches 10.
Leave empty to disable alerts.
- Security Deposits
Set the deposit amount required for a booking.
Examples:
- 100 (Fixed £)
- 250 (Fixed £)
This deposit is shown to customers during checkout.
- Additional Booking Features
Suggest Other Products
If enabled, your store will recommend alternative products when the chosen item is unavailable.
Allow More Than One Order
Allows customers to book multiple products within the same order.
Show Available Quantity
Displays remaining stock numbers to customers on product pages.
Product Comparison
Lets customers compare products side-by-side.
Hour & Minute Selection
Allows customers to choose exact times (hours and minutes) when booking.
- Weekend Settings
Use this to control weekend availability.
To block or adjust weekend schedules:
- Select the weekend day (Sat/Sun).
- Choose your rules.
- Click Add.
- Date Format
Choose how dates are displayed throughout your store.
Examples:
- 31-12-2025
- 12/31/2025
- 2025-12-31
Choose the format your customers understand best.
- Time Zone
Select the correct time zone for your store’s location.
Example:
GMT (London, Lisbon, Casablanca)
This ensures accurate:
- booking times
- notifications
- availability windows
- Closest Booking After
Controls how soon customers can book from the current moment.
Example:
0 days, 0 hours, 30 minutes
→ Customers can book starting from 30 minutes ahead.
Useful for:
- preparation time
- cleaning time
- avoiding last-minute bookings
- Opening Hours (Pick-Up & Return)
Define the hours your physical location is open if customers pick up or return items in person.
This ensures bookings only allow:
- pick-ups during open hours
returns during open hours
- Booking Calendar Link
This is the link to your store’s booking calendar view.
You can share it with staff or embed it into other systems.
