What This Page Is For
This page is only for designing the invoice template.
It does not show real invoice data—just placeholders so you can style or edit your document.
Any changes you make here will apply to all future invoices.
Package Slips
The Package Slip section allows you to upload your own delivery or packing slip template in .docx format.
This template is used when generating packing slips for orders that require physical items to be shipped or collected.
How It Works
Your uploaded file must include two placeholder tags:
- [onshow.name] – this will be replaced with the customer’s name
- [onshow.items] – this will be replaced with the list of items in the order
When the system generates a package slip, these tags are automatically filled with real order details.
Creating Your Template
You can:
- Upload your own .docx file, or
- Download the provided sample template, edit it in Word, and upload it back into the system.
You can customise the layout, add your branding, contact details, notes, or any additional information you want customers to see.
Uploading Your Slip
- Click Choose File
- Select your .docx packing slip template
- Click Upload
Once uploaded, this document will be used for all future package slips.
