Managing Potential Leads

The Potential Leads page helps you view, organise, filter, and manage all enquiry submissions, contact form entries, and non-ordered customer interest.
This is especially useful if customers ask questions instead of placing a booking, or if you use the platform for manual follow-ups and sales leads.

Below is a full explanation of each feature.

  1. Sort

The Sort dropdown allows you to choose the order in which leads are displayed.

Options typically include:

  • Newer – shows the most recent leads at the top
  • Older – shows the earliest leads first

Sorting helps you work through leads in the order that suits your workflow.

  1. Start Date / End Date Filters

Use these fields to filter leads by the date they were created or submitted.

Start Date

The earliest lead entry to include in the results.

End Date

The latest lead entry to include in the results.

After selecting your dates, click the Filter button to update the list.

Example

Start Date: 27-11-2024
End Date: 27-11-2026

This will show all leads created between these dates.

  1. Search Bar

Located at the top right.

The search bar lets you quickly locate specific leads by typing:

  • Customer name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Lead details
  • Notes
  • Reference info

Click the search icon or press Enter to view results.

  1. Contact Page Link

The Contact Page link on the right side instantly opens the customer-facing contact form page.

This allows you to:

  • Preview how your contact form appears to customers
  • Test lead submissions
  • Quickly access the public-facing form

The icon indicates it opens in a new tab.

  1. Lead Tabs (Categories)

Below the filters, you will see lead tabs used to organise different types of enquiries.

The default example shows:

  • All
  • Default

These tabs represent categories you can use to group leads.

What these tabs do

  • They help filter leads into different buckets
  • You can use them to organise enquiries by type
  • They make it easier to distinguish between different categories of potential sales

If you have custom lead tabs configured elsewhere, they will also appear here.

  1. Manage Tabs

The Manage Tabs option allows you to create, rename, or delete lead categories.

You may use tabs for things such as:

  • General Enquiries
  • High Priority
  • Awaiting Callback
  • Price Requests
  • Repeat Customers

This allows your team to organise and track potential sales in a structured way.

  1. Lead List Area

This is where leads will appear after filtering and sorting.

If no leads match your filters, you will see:

“No records found…”

When leads exist, the list will typically display:

  • Lead name
  • Contact details
  • Submission date
  • Additional notes or message
  • Assigned tab
  • Any follow-up actions

Leads can be manually moved between tabs if needed.

  1. What Counts as a Lead?

Potential leads are generated when:

  • A customer submits your contact form
  • A user sends an enquiry instead of a direct booking
  • The system captures interest through “quote requests”
  • Customers ask questions via enquiry mode

These are not bookings yet—they are sales opportunities.

  1. Best Uses for Potential Leads

Businesses often use this page to:

  • Follow up with customers who showed interest
  • Convert enquiries into bookings
  • Track manual sales activity
  • Maintain communication records
  • Prioritise warm leads
  1. No Save Button Needed

The filters, sort order, and search apply automatically.
Tabs and lead categories are saved within their own tool.
