The Waitlist page displays all customers who have joined the waiting list for products that are currently unavailable or out of stock.
This feature helps you capture potential sales even when an item cannot be booked or purchased immediately.
It allows you to monitor interest and follow up manually when stock becomes available.

- Submits their details when an item is unavailable
The system collects:

- Why the Waitlist Is Useful
The waitlist feature helps you:
✔ Capture interest for out-of-stock items
Even when products are unavailable, you continue collecting potential customers.
✔ Understand demand
If many customers join the waitlist for a single product, it signals high demand.
✔ Improve customer service
You can notify customers when items become available again, creating a better buying experience.
✔ Convert interest into bookings
When stock returns, these customers are highly likely to book.
- When Is a Customer Added to the Waitlist?
A customer is added to the waitlist when:
- A product has no available stock
- The “Waitlist Queries” option is enabled in your store settings
- The booking or purchase button is replaced with a waitlist form
- No Save Button Needed
The waitlist updates automatically whenever customers add themselves.
You do not need to save anything manually.
