Custom Invoices allow you to charge customers for one-off or customised orders.
These invoices do not create bookings — they are purely for payment collection.
- Add New
Click Add New to create a fresh invoice.
You can manually enter:
- Customer details
- Item names
- Prices
- Notes
- Payment due dates
This is ideal for bespoke jobs, extra charges, or anything outside your main products.
- Invoice Filters
Use the tabs to quickly sort invoices:
- Show All – displays every invoice
- Pending – invoices awaiting payment
- Paid – invoices fully paid
- Cancelled – invoices you’ve voided or removed
