Custom Invoice — Summary Guide

Custom Invoices allow you to charge customers for one-off or customised orders.
These invoices do not create bookings — they are purely for payment collection.

1. Add New

Click Add New to create a fresh invoice.
You can manually enter:

• Customer details
• Item names
• Prices
• Notes
• Payment due dates

This is ideal for bespoke jobs, extra charges, or anything outside your main products.

2. Invoice Filters

Use the tabs to quickly sort invoices:

• Show All – displays every invoice
• Pending – invoices awaiting payment
• Paid – invoices fully paid
• Cancelled – invoices you’ve voided or removed
