Reviews and Store Feedback Summary Guide

This section allows you to view and manage all customer reviews submitted through your store.

What You See

Each review will display:

• Review – the customer’s written feedback
• User – the person who submitted the review
• Rating – typically a star rating (e.g., 1–5 stars)
• Action – options to delete or manage the review

How It Works

• Reviews appear automatically when customers leave feedback on your products or services.
• You can moderate reviews to ensure only appropriate and helpful feedback is shown on your store.

Actions Available

• Delete – remove unwanted or inappropriate reviews from your site.
• (If enabled) Approve/Hide options may appear depending on your system settings.
